Children
Tycoon Percussion does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from or about children or markets its products and services to children.

Subsidiary Sites
In addition, sales made in connection with Tycoon Percussion subsidiary sites that offer products or services for sale will be subject to that subsidiary's terms and conditions of sale as a condition of completion of the transaction. Those terms of sale will either be posted on the subsidiary site or described in a separate agreement.
